1. Contact form. Data collected: what you enter (name, company, email, phone, project type, message). Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The message is sent by email through our host IONOS. Retention: 3 years from the last contact.

2. Audience measurement. Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how the site is visited: pages viewed, visit length, device type, country. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Advertising signals and Google Signals are disabled. As Google may transfer data to the United States, this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics cookies are kept for 13 months maximum and data for 14 months.

Recipients: SENSUUM and its technical processors (IONOS for hosting and email; Google for audience measurement if you accept). Your data is never sold or transferred.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to contact@sensuum-branding.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

No advertising cookies are used. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise audience measurement; refusing is as easy as accepting and does not affect browsing.
